Who are we?


AASF (Sino-French Actuarial Association), which is a nonprofit actuarial networking and professional organization, was founded on 27 June 2009 in Paris, with great support from the French Institute of Actuaries (Institut des Actuaires), the International Society of French Actuaries (l'Association Diffusion Internationale de l'Actuariat Français, DIAF) and the Education Service of the Embassy of China in France (Service de l'Education Ambassade de la République Populaire de Chine en République Français).

AASF is opened to anyone who is engaged in actuarial profession in Europe or in China (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Accounting, Consulting, Regulatory Agencies, Research, Educational institutions, etc.) The individual who is interested in the membership could make your application through "Join Us". Companies and institutions, looking for establishing business, research or networking relationship in China or Europe in the field of actuarial may join the association as group (collective) members.

 

What can we do?


A) Facilitating collaboration and communication among professionals and companies in actuarial science related industries and providing network and business expansion for corporate sponsors and individual members.

B) Developing the relationship between China and France, and other European countries in the field of actuarial science.

C) Helping Chinese companies to develop partnerships in Europe with our extensive experience.

D) Promoting contacts with other organizations.
